As a Behavioral Technician, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with autistic children, implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions under the supervision and with the support of Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) looking for a rewarding opportunity to lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals? RISE is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as BCBA/BCaBA Supervisors. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in providing clinical oversight, guidance, and support to our team of technicians, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism.
Current certification and licensing as a BCBA or BCaBA in good standing required.
